Description: Hoshi is built somewhat skinny, with a body unlike any ordinary girl you would find. In the right clothing, her arms and legs look fairly toned due to how much she works out. She has mid to lower back blond hair that she usually ties up into braids or leaves it down. Not one for anything girly, she doesn't bother with makeup. With a heart of a tomboy, one of Hoshi’s most defining traits is that she binds her breasts every day so that she actually appears to be the opposite gender. Another one of her defining characteristics are her red eyes, despite her lack of albinism. She usually has a warm and inviting smile on her face that makes her own persona.

Her clothing choices are also unlike any ordinary girl’s. She never wears skirts or dresses and doesn't really care about her appearance all that much. With this in mind, she wears the male equivalent of the Duel Academy uniforms. In classes, she wears a pair of simple black pants, the standard issue Ra Yellow jacket and a green shirt underneath it. However, when she's by herself, she wears a red and grey sweatshirt over white tank top, yellow shorts with a black pattern around the bottom of them and has a red bandanna around her forehead to keep her braids out of her eyesight.

All in all, she is her own person.

Personality: Hoshi is a cheerful and quite a friendly and trustworthy person. She tackles everyday challenges head on and never gives up, even when it seems hopeless and futile in the end. She places those who she cares about before herself, to almost martyr-like intentions. Yet, she has a pretty serious side that crops up when those who she loves are harmed. She fights for what she believes in, occasionally leading her to get herself into trouble.

She has street smarts due to growing up in her village and just general surviving on her own. She's quite in tune with nature and believes it to be just the thing to calm someone down.
History: Hoshi grew up in a very odd way. She never played with the girls in her village, which is around Toho, in the Fukuoka Prefecture, near Asakura, and insisted to play with the boys. Her mother and father discouraged this, but they didn't want to disappoint their daughter, so they let her play with the boys, which encouraged her tomboy nature to come out. When her parents saw what Duel Monsters were, they bought her a starter deck which she tested out to find out that she really liked it. When Hoshi's parents saw that she could learn so much more about the card game, they asked her if she would like to go to Duel Academy. After some consideration, she decided to go in order in order to make her parents proud.

Her first day at Duel Academy consisted of people warning her about "Darkness". Hoshi was confused at first, though she knew to stay away from him. As time went on, she found herself helping to save the world itself, which to her, was quite extraordinary for a first year. Through this incident, she gained a surrogate sister by the name of Jeanette Dianne Grave, who never seems to get any of the lessons that Hoshi teaches her.

A few weeks after the Darkness fiasco, Hoshi challenged Tanaka Yukio to a duel and ended up losing. As punishment, she was struck by lightning that in cause resulted in second-degree burns on her arms and hands as well as obtaining an erratic heartbeat. She also gained Marufuji Shou as an older brother whom she calls him Oniisan. When she found Jean making stupid decisions, Hoshi felt like she had to take matters into her own hands, so she dueled against Jean, though that made her heartbeat even worse.

When Hoshi had finally made up her mind to actually duel in the underground, she was asked by Ikutsuki Shuuji to come to the SAL Laboratories. There, she experienced the pain fought in underground duels and slowly became addicted to pain by the help of the electrodes. By this time, Hoshi had begun to lose herself in the underground duels. She didn't care for many people and she treated them like trash, which was the underground's effect of warping her mind. When she did this, her plans were momentarily interrupted when her sister, Jean, Yasu and Haseo came in. Without even thinking of the consequences, she wanted them to forget for her sake. She even went as low to use her cardiac arrhythmia to get out of getting out of there.

A few weeks later, Hoshi dueled against Misogi Hikari and she tag dueled with Onni.

However, she didn't know what was going to be coming, so she had a momentary period of how small and insignificant she was to the world. Coincidentally, she also lost her memories of the friendship she had with Onni, which caused him to go insane. Hoshi, on the other hand, continually felt guilty for causing her own sister amnesia, so that made her even more weak mentally. She didn't do much besides sit in the infirmary and just huddle in her corner.

Now, Hoshi has Onni as a boyfriend and she couldn't be happier.

However, this happiness has been short lived from some events. Hoshi was challenged to duel against the Pro Leaguers and she lost the duel against Isabel Marias due to passing out after losing so many life points and with her own penalty still on her. One can safely say that Hoshi's life at Duel Academy hasn't been an easy one.

At the end of April, she went to Ikutsuki's office and told him she was done with the underground duel circuit, something that could very well tarnish any chances at her ever reaching the Pro Leagues in her own right. So, she followed Ikutsuki up to a helipad platform and was stuck 300 feet in the air with no where to go but down. She refused to duel him after what he has done to her, so what did he do? He shot her right near her heart, though luckily, Onni was there to save her life. She was taken to Domino Hospital by the assistance of Nagato-sensei. She had surgery and at the moment, she's in Domino Hospital, however her personality has totally taken a 180 degree turn and now she's her full-fledged Lady Nemesis self after all the corruption that was done on her.

When she got out of Domino Hospital, there was a mass death and Hoshi and Onni fled to Duel Academy where there were not more than twenty people alive on the island itself. The same twenty people stayed in Hoshi's Osiris Red dorm room. Eventually, the entire universe was killed off although Hoshi came back with everyone else after Juudai fixed problem. Kaiba gave everyone a week off of classes and Hoshi used this to go visit her family back on Kyushu Island. However, before she went on her vacation, she went to Saito Ayako's room and talked with Yukio. When she tried to help, she had her head slammed into the bathroom's tiles and received a concussion that actually got out a little bit of blood from her head.

Though as fate would have it, on the vacation Onni told Hoshi about the history of the Finale Knights. The story of Souretsu and Tomoshibi was scarily accurate to both of them and she was depressed for a few days, but she got through this.

On May 26th, Hoshi and Onni had sex and it was an entire controversy among the island. After being reprimanded by Chronos, Hoshi and Onni got a year long detention on the weekends and extra homework from all of their teachers.

Paranoia would have it that everyone started to claim anything physical and metaphysical to themselves and Hoshi, in an attempt to stop Weidt White from doing anything, claimed herself and the physical and metaphysical properties of both herself and Onni.

At the start of Isabel's tournament, Hoshi was scheduled to duel against Edo Phoenix. She won her duel with a Pikeru/Curran burn deck, but that same deck made her lose her duel against Akihara Ryuuji. She was out of the tournament and Hoshi didn't really feel sad or the like.

After a few events that happened, Hoshi gave up the identity she donned for the underground league and became withdrawn. She didn't show her face due to the shame and humiliation she faced by realizing that Lady Nemesis was a joke to the entire Academia. She almost never left Onni's room in Ra Yellow, but she left it to talk to Desdemona, the island's counselor. She was miserable. She cried a lot. She was insecure up until the end of the world was happening again. After the crisis was adverted, Hoshi saw Desdemona as a mother figure and Katai, the island's security guard, who is secretly Gearfried the Iron Knight, as a father figure. (Dysfunctional family amirite?)

Though, with her soul searching, Hoshi had regained her strength and her confidence that she lost. So, with this bright outlook, she wants to prove herself to Duel Academy and be the person she wants to be.

Extra Abilities: Hoshi has the ability to climb and sleep in trees. She’s also rather good with giving advice in her own little oddball way, if that's considered an extra ability. She's becoming experienced in using her Emeici and she's practicing using her skateboard. From a duel with Tanaka Yukio, Hoshi can see and communicate with her duel spirits – King's Knight, Queen's Knight and Jack's Knight. However, she has Neo-Parshath, the Sky Paladin as a duel spirit as well.

Due to her living in a village and her muscular figure, she has some experience in the field of karate. She keeps her strength up by working out at the crack of dawn and then once more during the nighttime. The attire she chooses for this is a pair of shorts, a simple white t-shirt and she ties her hair back in a ponytail.
